Dear IVCMS Families,
The Data Confirmation Process is now open! We ask all parents to complete the Data Confirmation Process in the Aeries Parent Portal ([click here to access the portal]).
Through this process, you will:
- Confirm key information about your child
- Provide any updated medical details
- Update emergency contact information for individuals authorized to pick up your child
Families who complete this Data Confirmation Process can access their student’s schedule for the 25-26 school year through the Parent Portal at the earliest possible date (depending on your child’s grade level).
A key part of the Data Confirmation Process is the Income Survey. This short survey will ask you to provide the number of people in your household and your total monthly household income. The information you provide helps determine eligibility for various student and family benefits and directly impacts school and district funding.
We kindly ask all parents to complete this section to help ensure our schools receive the maximum funding available.
Note: If your family already qualifies for programs like the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), you may not see the Income Survey. If that’s the case, there’s no need to worry.
Families who qualify through the Income Survey may also be eligible for additional services outside of school, such as:
- Free or reduced-cost home internet
- Lower PG&E utility bills
- Free or discounted bus passes
- And more

The Data Confirmation Process must be completed on a web browser (computer, tablet, or phone).
