Teams are allowed to have sign up meetings before the start dates. Also, coaches set the sign up meeting and tryout dates/days according to their schedule, facility availability, and other factors. In other words, there are no set days for sign up meetings. Sign up Meeting dates are announced in the morning announcements, posted and announced in your PE class periods, and an email is sent to those who have registered already on this athletics page.

**Some of the dates overlap from one season to the next. If you child is participating in a current season, then they must finish their current season, even if tryouts are happening. Students will be given a chance to tryout once their season is over. If needed, email the next the season coach (or the Athletic Director, sverstrepen@nhusd.12.ca.us) to inform them of your interest in trying out once the season is over.
